Private Jet Services’s Flight Operations Center (FOC) uses the most advanced tools to track and monitor all flights including up-to-the minute weather patterns and projections, NOTAMS, TFRs and airport congestion 24 hours a day.
We fly between 5 ,000 and 10,000 passengers every month, year round. Our range of expertise covers 4-passenger helicopter transfers, light jets up through ultra-long range executive jets, on up to 400 -passenger Boeing 747 wide-body trans- continental missions, in some cases with multiple 747s in use simultaneously.
Our FOC Team is always looking ahead, remaining in constant communication with downline facilities and services to ensure seamless coordination of all details, big and small. Our expertise and diligence ensures problems are identified and solved before they can impact our flights and passengers.

Mike Dade joined Private Jet Services in March of 2014. As a Senior Executive Account Manager, he assists the Director of Executive Aircraft Operations and provides operational support for PJS executive aircraft flight programs. Mike’s responsibilities include the sourcing of executive aircraft, trip management on complex international flight programs, and overseeing daily flight operations.
Before Mike began at Private Jet Services, he served as a Combat Medic in the United States Army for 8 years. He completed 2 combat deployments; one tour in Iraq and one tour in Afghanistan. While serving in the Army, he supervised the execution of complex medical and military operations. Mike grew up in New Hampshire and moved back after joining Private Jet Services in 2014.
After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Stephanie began her professional career with a Part 135 operator in Carlsbad, CA. She worked in Flight Operations/Crew Optimization and eventually joined their Charter Sales department. Later, Stephanie accepted a position as Charter Sales & National Flight Sales Supervisor for a well known private jet company in Omaha, NE. Stephanie was responsible for overseeing the Flight Scheduling and Charter Sales Departments.
In 2012, Stephanie pursued a lifelong dream to obtain her culinary degree. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, MA, she worked as a private chef in metro Boston. Her love for aviation could not keep her away from the friendly skies. She joined our team at PJS in March 2016 with a focus on music entertainment, sports travel, and VIP clientele.
Stephanie has her private pilots license and instrument ratings, and continues to fly recreationally. She spends her free time with her family, cooking, and enjoys spending time outdoors exploring New England.
Dan Snook joined Private Jet Services in February of 2016 as a Flight Tracker. His primary responsibilities included overseeing PJS daily corporate shuttle movements and working with clients, as well as flight tracking various PJS flights.
In August of 2016, Dan was promoted to Executive Account Manager. In his new role, Dan assists the Director of Commercial Airlines Operations and provides operational support for PJS commercial airline flights. Dan’s responsibilities include preparation and trip management for NHL, NCAA and other sports flight programs, political campaigns, and incentive programs, as part of the PJS team that oversees all daily flight operations.
Before Dan began at Private Jet Services, he served as an Operations Manager for Verizon Wireless for 13 years. Dan grew up and still resides in New Hampshire. He enjoys staying active by playing hockey, baseball and softball.
Amy Burke joined Private Jet Services in January of 2016. As an Executive Account Manager, she provides operational support for executive and airliner charters. Amy’s responsibilities include providing complete trip management for NCAA teams, Government Programs, and numerous high net worth clients.
Amy graduated from the University of New Hampshire, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. Amy has 9 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, working as a Catering Manager, assisting Wedding Planners, and holding positions in several hotels and restaurants along the seacoast.
When Amy is not at PJS, she enjoys going to the gym, cooking (with wine of course), and hiking with her black lab, Bailey.
Meredith Rumph joined Private Jet Services in November 2015. As an Executive Account manager, she assists the Directors of Business Development and provides operational support for executive and airliner flight programs. Meredith’s responsibilities include trip management for NCAA teams, high net worth client, and corporate incentive groups.
Meredith graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and with a minor in Political Science. In Meredith’s free time, she enjoys working out and trying new restaurants.
Claude Pottier is a skilled Executive Account Manager with over 40 years of experience in the Aviation Industry. He provides operational support for PJS’ executive charter flights and sources customized trips for PJS Jet Card programs and on-demand charter flights.
Claude graduated from the University of Paris, France, with a Bachelor of Business Degree. Before joining PJS, Claude held positions in purchasing and sales with several aviation companies in both France and the U.S.A.
David Uden is an experienced sales, account management and advertising executive. As an Executive Account Manager with PJS, David maintains strong relationships with our valued corporate shuttle clients, oversees and tracks PJS flights and sources aircraft for charter clients and Jet Card programs.
Before joining PJS, David worked as a Group Sales and Advertising Manager for the Connecticut Defenders Baseball Club, the minor league affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, and he most recently held a management position with Enterprise Rent-A-Car where he oversaw the University of New Hampshire office as they are one of the biggest corporate clients in the region.
A career aviation professional, Ken Taplin joined Private Jet Services in May of 2016. As an Executive Account Manager, he provides operational support for all VIP flight programs, whether live touring events, professional sports, or VIP clientele.
Before Ken started at PJS, he provided operations and customer service support for a New England-based flight department with a fleet of aircraft ranging from light jets, up to Boeing Business Jets.
Ken holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Air Traffic Management and is an FAA licensed Flight Dispatcher. We are proud to share that Ken was one of only two graduates in 2008 in all of the United States to earn a perfect score on the FAA Air Traffic Controllers exam!
Ken is a native of New Hampshire and when he’s not working, enjoys skiing, golf and fishing.
