Frequently Asked Questions
The Executive Protection & Mobility Conference brings together professionals responsible for protecting, moving and supporting high-profile individuals, including leaders across executive protection, corporate security, risk management, corporate travel, family offices, law enforcement and private aviation.
Registration includes access to all conference sessions, roundtable discussions and networking opportunities, as well as scheduled meals and receptions throughout the event.
The conference will be held at The Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square, with programming taking place on the hotel’s 32nd floor. A limited room block is available for attendees traveling from outside the San Francisco Bay Area. Local attendees are not expected to stay at the hotel but are welcome to reserve a room and join the evening events.
Yes. The conference is designed to encourage candid, peer-to-peer conversation and will operate under the Chatham House Rule. Attendees are free to use information shared during the conference, but may not identify the speaker or other participants as the source. This allows for open discussion of real-world experiences, challenges and perspectives.
Registration is offered at three rates:
Founding Registration: $500 — valid through Wednesday, October 7
Standard Registration: $1,000 — valid through Tuesday, October 27
Late Registration: $2,000 — valid until the event begins
Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
