Carl is the Senior Manager of Executive Protection for a private family office, where he leads global executive protection and security operations for the family. He oversees a blended team of full-time and embedded contingent professionals and directs security operations for global travel and major events, while partnering on risk management across residences, vehicles, vessels, and aircraft. Carl has played a key role in helping organizations transition from vendor-led security models to fully embedded, in-house executive protection programs.

He brings more than a decade of state law enforcement experience from Washington State, over three years with the U.S. Secret Service in Portland, and six years of private-sector security leadership. Known for his people-first, collaborative leadership style, Carl focuses on building resilient teams, strengthening partnerships, and developing scalable protection programs that balance operational excellence with trust, discretion, and service.

John Cauthen joined MedAire in 2018 as the Security Director, Aviation and Maritime and is now MedAire’s Vice President of Global Security & Products, Aviation & Maritime. He is also an active member of the TSA’s Aviation Domain Intelligence and Integration Cell (ADIAC) and is currently chairman of the NBAA Security Council.

John retired from the U.S. Navy in 2022. During his active and reserve service he flew helicopters, served on various military staffs, to include time with NATO in Afghanistan working with the Afghan Interior Ministry, Afghan National Police, and as a defense and civil exercise planner for U.S. Coast Guard. Before his role with MedAire, he managed law enforcement flight operations in Arizona for a major metropolitan police department.

John holds a Bachelor of Science, Political Science, from the U.S. Naval Academy as well as a Command and Staff Diploma from the U.S. Naval War College. Additionally, he has advanced degrees in History and Business Administration from American University and Arizona State University, respectively. He resides in Arizona with his wife and two children.

Dr. Myles Druckman is Senior Vice President and Global Medical Director, Health Innovation at International SOS, and is well known as a thought leader, author and media resource in International corporate health, Workforce risk management and Global Health Security. Dr. Druckman has been with International SOS for 30 years, spending 10 years working in Russia and China. Dr. Druckman is based in Los Angeles, where he leads the global health solutions practice.

Dr. Druckman was a creator of Site Monitor, an award-winning health incident management tool used by over a thousand organizations, and he continues to innovate new technologies and services at the corporate level. Dr. Druckman is also co-chairman of the non-profit International Corporate Health Leadership Council and an alumni of the World Economic Forum’s Global Leaders of Tomorrow network.

Shawn Bradstreet is a federal law enforcement special agent with over 29 years of experience with the U.S. Secret Service. Mr. Bradstreet is a Senior Executive Service Leader in Northern California and leads four field offices. He currently oversees the Service’s investigative, protection, and protective intelligence missions in Northern California.

Prior to California, Mr. Bradstreet worked at the Criminal Investigative Division in Washington, DC and served on the Presidential Protective Division during the George W. Bush and Barack Obama Administrations.

Mr. Bradstreet began his Secret Service career as a Uniform Division Officer assigned to the White House under the William J. Clinton Administration. He began his criminal investigative career in the New York Field Office assigned to the protection squad, counterfeit currency team, and financial crimes section.

Mr. Bradstreet received a Master’s degree in Security Studies, Homeland Defense and Security, at the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Cedarville University.

Ryan is an intelligence and security executive, entrepreneur, and industry convener with more than 20 years of experience spanning global security leadership, military service, enterprise program building, and strategic risk advisory.

He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Converged Intelligence at 360 Privacy, where he advises executives, boards, family offices, and chief security officers on risks arising at the intersection of digital exposure, online threat activity, and physical harm.

Ryan is also the founder and CEO of INTELAB Ventures and co-founder of The Pathfinder Collective. Across these roles, he builds organizations, technologies, and professional communities that strengthen how businesses anticipate, understand, and manage risk.

His broader industry leadership includes serving as president of the Association of International Risk Intelligence Professionals and launching both The Business of Intelligence podcast and the AI x Intelligence Exchange, a practitioner community focused on advancing the thoughtful and practical application of AI in intelligence.

Ryan also advises emerging intelligence and risk technology companies on positioning, product strategy, and market entry. He serves on several advisory boards supporting founders building the next generation of risk and resilience solutions.

Previously, Ryan led Global Intelligence and Executive Protection at McDonald’s. He joined the company as its first intelligence analyst, built and led enterprise security capabilities, and ultimately served as interim chief security officer. He is also a longtime military intelligence officer whose service includes multiple combat deployments and military decorations.

Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.

Mo Baloch is Director of Protective Services at American Airlines, with responsibility for executive protection and physical security across North America. He established the airline’s intelligence-led protection program, integrating executive travel, residential security, major-event support, and threat monitoring.

Previously, Mo directed geopolitical risk management for American Airlines, overseeing airspace and route exposure across global conflict zones. His 20-year career spans leadership roles at Apple, Amazon, and ExxonMobil, as well as service in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Mo holds a Master of Arts in Intelligence Studies and is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) with expertise in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). He has served as chair of the Private Sector Intelligence Council (PSIC) and co-founded the U.S. Department of State’s OSAC Energy Security Working Group.

Brooks E. Scott is a former New Jersey State Trooper and supervisor on the executive protection team for two New Jersey governors. He also was Manager of Operations for the protection team for Facebook’s CEO and COO, and served as VP of Safety Operations at Tanium.

Today he’s an ICF Master Certified Coach, Interpersonal Communications Expert, Public Speaking Trainer, and founder of Merging Path, where he has coached more than 1,600 leaders and trained over 40,000 employees on communication and leadership.

Dylan Evans is Director of Security Solutions for North America Consulting at International SOS, advising multinational organizations on protective intelligence, executive protection, security risk and organizational resilience. His career spans more than two decades across the UK Commando Force, intelligence, international security consulting and executive leadership. Dylan has extensive experience supporting organizations and senior executives operating in complex environments and has a particular interest in how intelligence can drive more proportionate, adaptable and effective executive protection and mobility strategies.

Brian Driscoll is a Partner at McChrystal Group, where he advises senior leaders on crisis response, organizational performance, and leadership in high-stakes environments. He brings more than two decades of experience from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the national security community, specializing in leading complex operations under pressure and aligning teams to execute in moments that matter most.

Prior to joining McChrystal Group, Brian served in senior leadership roles at the FBI, most recently as Assistant Director and Executive Lead of the Bureau’s Critical Incident Response Group. In this role, he oversaw the FBI’s special operations and crisis response capabilities, including tactical, negotiation, and operational deployment functions. He also served as Commander of the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team, leading national-level tactical operations and earning the FBI Medal of Valor and Shield of Bravery for actions under fire.

Brad Tyndall is the Founder of Mayor Consulting Group, providing consulting in risk, investigations, interview and elicitation, and executive protection as well as training and speaking.

A retired senior security officer from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Brad spent over 20 years leading security and counterintelligence operations in more than 75 countries, including some of the most hostile environments in the world.

He served as Chief of the Directors’ Protective Staff, responsible for safeguarding the most senior leadership from both the CIA and Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and as Deputy Chief of the Counterespionage Department where he led efforts to identify and neutralize insider threats and foreign intelligence risks.

A federally certified polygraph examiner, he conducted examinations domestically and around the globe. He also developed and taught a new interview and interrogation course for Agency officers and led high-stakes investigations requiring precision, judgment, and discretion.

Brad is a three-time recipient of the CIA Director’s Award (William J. Burns, Gina Haspel, Michael Pompeo) and received the Distinguished Service Medal from Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines.

Courtney Yu is the Director of Research at Equilar, where he leads operations related to executive and director data research. He has over a decade of experience in the industry, working closely with senior executives from Fortune 1000 companies on matters related to executive compensation and corporate governance. His expertise has been cited by major publications such as Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. He has also served as a speaker at industry events hosted by Skadden and DFIN, addressing trends in equity compensation and proxy disclosures.

Zach Resnick is the founder and CEO of Ascend, a 24/7 team of senior travel experts, backed by AI, that 650+ executives, investors and family offices message on WhatsApp to handle every flight, hotel and last-minute change including Ramp and Google Ventures. Members, including partners and their support staff at leading private equity, venture and hedge funds, hand off the logistics entirely and typically save around 35% on business and first class. Before Ascend, Zach spent more than a decade inside the mechanics of airline loyalty and payments, started three other travel companies, and co-founded a venture fund. A former professional poker player, he approaches travel the way security teams approach risk: plan for the downside first, then remove the friction.

Jamie Wyckoff is an executive support and aviation professional with a distinguished background spanning U.S. Navy aviation, corporate flight operations, and high-level government service. Jamie has supported the President of the United States, the Vice President, and the Chief of Naval Operations, bringing discretion, adaptability, and operational excellence to environments where trust and attention to detail are essential.

With experience managing complex travel itineraries, coordinating personnel, supporting executive residences, and delivering seamless in-flight service, Jamie understands the critical role that preparation, logistics, and behind-the-scenes support play in enabling leaders to operate effectively. Holding an MBA and bringing a service-driven approach to leadership, Jamie offers a unique perspective on the people and processes that keep leaders moving and supported in demanding, high-stakes environments.

Lianne is a Partner in Control Risks’ Crisis and Security Consulting practice in North America, where she advises Control Risks’ clients on enterprise security risk management, security program development and implementation, and the development and implementation of risk management frameworks. She works with clients across industry sectors, including technology, retail, social media, manufacturing, finance, health care, traditional media, real estate, biotech/pharmaceutical, agriculture, non-profit and private families.

Prior to joining Control Risks, Lianne served as chief strategy officer at a private risk consultancy and directed an international research group working for a US cyber security company in Abu Dhabi. She also served as a policy analyst in the National Security Research Division of RAND Corporation, where she conducted classified and unclassified research on national security policy and planning, violent non-state actors, and partner capacity-building. Prior to her work at RAND, Lianne taught in the social sciences department of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she conducted research for the Combating Terrorism Center.

Lianne holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Santa Cruz.

Charles "Chuck" Randolph serves as Chief Strategy Officer at 360 Privacy, where he leads the company’s thinking on risk intelligence, market positioning, and the convergence of cyber, physical, and reputational threats. Chuck brings more than 30 years of experience spanning close protection, protective intelligence, and enterprise risk management across both the public and private sectors. He has held senior security executive roles at Microsoft, AT-RISK International, and Ontic, leading global executive protection, strategic threat intelligence, and risk management programs for complex, high-exposure organizations.

A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and decorated combat veteran, Chuck served in overseas operations and led pioneering Information Operations initiatives during his military career. He is actively engaged in advancing the security profession as a co-founder of the International Protective Security Board (IPSB) and Chairman Emeritus of the Corporate Protection Leadership Council (CPLC), and has served the U.S. Department of State’s Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) as Chair of the Pan Asian Regional Council and as a member of its Cybersecurity Council. Chuck is the co-author of The Protector’s Edge: Leadership Through Strategy and Action (Routledge/Taylor & Francis), a defining work on how modern risk leaders operate at the intersection of intelligence, consequence, and trust.

Ken applied his critical thinking and rigorous scientific research skills developed during a Ph.D. program at Stanford University and a National Science Foundation Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania towards complex federal criminal investigations during a two-decade career as a Special Agent with the FBI. Ken’s investigative work included some of the most important international money laundering, FCPA/bribery, and complex fraud cases in the FBI, spanning 22 federal judicial districts and 13 foreign countries. Further, Ken was the risk/compliance manager for a high-risk investigative program involving more than 800 investigative personnel. Ken was also extensively involved in screening FBI Special Agent applicants as well as fellow FBI Agents for a sensitive FBI program. Ken’s vast research, investigative, and risk management experience provides tremendous value to both organizational clients and law firms.
