At Private Jet Services ("PJS"), your privacy is integral to our mission of delivering confidential, safe and trustworthy service. A fundamental part of earning that trust means being clear about how we use your information and protecting your right to privacy.
We are committed to safeguarding your personal information, being transparent about our data practices, and upholding your rights under applicable data protection laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, and other regional and international laws.
What personal data we collect, and why
We collect personal data in accordance with applicable laws and only for legitimate business purposes. Some information is necessary to provide the services offered through the PJS Platform.
— Contact, account and profile information, including your first name, last name, phone number, postal address, email address, date of birth and profile photo, some of which will depend on the features you use.
— Identity verification and payment information, including images of your government-issued ID (as permitted by applicable laws), your ID number or other verification information, and bank or payment account information. If you are not a PJS user, we may receive payment information relating to you, such as when a PJS user provides your payment card to complete a booking.
You can choose to provide additional information, such as aircraft or travel preferences, or details you add when you complete a form, update your account, post comments or communicate with our operations team.
— Usage information, such as the pages or content you view, searches for empty legs, bookings you have made and other actions on the PJS Platform.
— Log data and device information, such as IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, cookie data, and the pages you viewed before or after using the PJS Platform.
— Payment transaction information, such as the payment instrument used, date and time, amount, expiration date and billing postcode, IBAN information, your address and other related transaction details.
When you download and use any of our mobile apps, we collect certain technical information from your device so the app works properly: carrier, network type and operator, SIM operator and SIM country; operating system and version; device model; performance and data usage; dates and times the app accesses our servers, features and links clicked, searches, transactions and files downloaded; mobile device settings; and app name, type and version.
In compliance with the CPRA and other U.S. state laws, we disclose that we may collect government IDs, precise geolocation (if you opt in), and health or biometric information (if provided voluntarily). We do not use sensitive data for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide requested services, prevent fraud or comply with law.
How we use information

We share your personal information as described below and in this Privacy Policy, and as permitted by applicable law.
We share your personal information within the Private Jet Services companies, such as Elevate Aviation Group and Elevate Jet. We may also disclose your information to courts, law enforcement, governmental or public authorities, tax authorities, or authorised third parties, if required or permitted by law.
International data transfers
We may transfer your information internationally. Where required, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other approved safeguards. We have updated our international transfer mechanisms in alignment with the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension, where applicable.
Business transfers
If PJS is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, sale of assets, bankruptcy or insolvency event, we may transfer your information in connection with such transactions.
Corporate affiliates
To support us in providing, integrating, promoting and improving services, we may share personal information within our corporate family of companies related by common ownership or control, such as Private Jet Services Group, LLC or Elevate Jet, LLC.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
— Access and portability. Request copies of your data.
— Correction. Update or correct your personal data.
— Deletion. Request deletion of your personal data, subject to exceptions.
— Opt out of sale or sharing. Available to California and other U.S. residents.
— Limit use of sensitive information.
— Object to processing. Object to marketing or profiling.
— Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
— Appeal denials. Appeal denied privacy requests under CPRA and other U.S. laws.

Data erasure
In some jurisdictions you can request that your personal information be deleted. We may retain certain data for legal, tax and safety reasons.

We use cookies and similar technologies. You may manage your preferences via browser settings or our cookie banner. California and EU residents have the right to opt out of cross-context behavioural advertising and tracking cookies.
Security
We continuously implement security measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration.
SMS and text messaging
We may collect your mobile phone number to send you text messages related to our services. These may include booking confirmations, flight updates, promotional offers and other service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Private Jet Services. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You may opt in by texting START, UNSTOP or SUBSCRIBE to our SMS number, and opt out at any time by texting STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.
SMS communications are processed through our third-party service provider, HubSpot. Your mobile phone number and SMS interaction data may be shared with HubSpot for message delivery and analytics. SMS data is subject to the same security and retention policies as other personal information.
Marketing SMS messages are sent based on your explicit consent. Administrative SMS messages are sent based on legitimate business interests for service delivery. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting other services.
Changes to this policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory updates or changes in our practices. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date implies consent.
