Private Jet Charter for Music Tours, Artists & Entertainment
Never miss a beat, a show, or a performance
How
Music & Entertainment Touring
Fly with PJS
Cargo/equipment transport (touring gear, road cases)
Touring gear, road cases, and instruments travel with the same precision as the artist. PJS coordinates dedicated cargo capacity alongside passenger flights, so a production arrives complete and on schedule, with nothing left to catch up on a later truck or flight.
One-Off / Single-Show Charter
A single performance carries its own set of demands, whether it is a festival slot, a private engagement, or a one-night appearance far from home. PJS arranges the flight around the show itself, so an artist arrives rested and departs without friction.
Ad Hoc Charter for an Individual Artist or Small Group
Not every trip fits a tour schedule. For an individual artist, a small ensemble, or a last-minute addition to the itinerary, PJS provides the same discretion and responsiveness on a single flight as across an entire tour.
Full tour charter (multi-month touring)
A multi-month tour asks for a travel partner as steady as the show itself. PJS manages the full arc of a tour's air travel — city to city, time zone to time zone — with one point of contact carrying the details from the first date to the last.

Built around the tour, not just the flight
Transportation is often the largest line item in a tour or production budget, which is why entertainment charter planning starts long before the first show date, sometimes more than a year out. PJS advises artist travel management and production travel departments on cost and routing across multiple aircraft and schedule scenarios before a single date is confirmed.
PJS plans around whichever shape the schedule actually takes. A 180 day arena run and a multi-venue festival circuit are not planned the same way.
A dedicated Flight Concierge, down to the exacting detail
Every music tour charter is assigned a dedicated Flight Concierge who plans each flight to its smallest specifics: door-to-door chauffeured ground transfers on both ends, catering built to the artist's actual requirements rather than a standard menu, customs and immigration fast-tracked in advance, and any client branding carried through consistently.
Cabin crew and ground staff are briefed ahead of departure, so personal requirements are known before the artist ever boards. When the unexpected arises, the Flight Concierge is already working the contingency, not discovering the problem alongside the client.
