Family Relocation. A household moved across an ocean in one flight.

A family of six, two dogs and the possessions that could not travel in a shipping container relocated across an ocean on a single flight.

Challenge

An international relocation involved six family members, two large dogs and a set of possessions the family was unwilling to place in a shipping container. Commercial pet transport would have separated the animals from the family for over thirty hours and required a quarantine-adjacent holding facility on arrival.

Solution

PJS operated a single aircraft with the dogs in cabin under the family's supervision, and coordinated the destination country's import documentation ahead of departure so inspection happened planeside on arrival. High-value items travelled as accompanied baggage under continuous family custody rather than as freight.

Result

One flight, one arrival, no separation and no holding facility. The family's first day in the new country was spent in their house rather than at a cargo terminal. Moving countries was reduced to moving house.
