Challenge

A nine-city run with three back-to-back pairs left no margin for a delayed departure. Post-show load-out finished unpredictably between midnight and 3am, and every commercial or fixed-slot option required committing to a departure time the production could not honestly promise.

Solution

PJS held the aircraft on an open post-show window each night with crew duty planned against the latest realistic load-out, not the optimistic one. The artist party and key travelling production moved together so the next city's build could begin on arrival. Ground transport ran directly from venue to aircraft with no terminal processing.

Result

Nine cities, nine shows, no cancellations and no late starts. The production has kept the same arrangement for two subsequent tours. The schedule stopped depending on the load-out finishing early.
